My Journey to Natural Healing and Whole Food Nutrition
Growing up, I was surrounded by holistic health approaches. From a young age, I learned the value of whole foods and natural remedies. These lessons became even more important during my mom's battle with cancer when I turned 14 years old.
At just five years old, I was introduced to Standard Process products. Little did I know, just 10 years later they would play a major role in my family’s health journey, especially during my mom’s cancer treatment.

The Beginning
Growing up in a holistically-minded family was a unique childhood experience. As a toddler I would play more in the herb garden and pick cherries off of the tree then I did my own backyard play set. I snapped the ends off of green beans at 3 years old. I ate foods that were different from what other kids ate. When I ate the foods they did at their houses, I usually got sick!
In our house, antibiotics and prescriptions were not the first line of defense, which was quite different from most other families that I knew. Now looking back, as different as the beginning of my life was compared to my friends, I am very grateful for the direction that my family’s natural approach gave me.
First Chiropractic Visit
When I was 5 years old my mom took me to a Chiropractor that performed muscle testing on me for my allergies and asthma. The first whole food supplement was congaplex. As a gymnast it helped with my performance and recovery.
I simply grew up naturally understanding that when I had a fever it was important to take calcium lactate vs Tylenol. When I had a runny nose Antronex and a cough congaplex.
My mom’s battle with cancer opened my eyes to the power of integrative health solutions. This challenging time fueled my dedication to helping others achieve better health through natural approaches.

Resilience
Losing my mother at a young age fueled my determination to pursue health and resilience, not just for myself but for others. Through relentless dedication and discipline, I earned a pole vaulting scholarship, learning that achieving greatness—whether in sports or wellness—requires precision, balance, and a strong foundation.
Today, I channel that same passion into helping others reach their highest potential in health. Using whole food nutrition, chiropractic care, and functional wellness, I strive to build strong foundations for generations to come.
My Why
I am deeply passionate about helping children grow up healthy for generations to come. Growing up in a holistically minded family, I witnessed the transformative power of whole food nutrition in building a strong foundation for lifelong wellness.
My mission is to educate and empower families to make natural, nutrient-dense choices that support optimal growth, development, and vitality. Through functional nutrition, chiropractic care, and whole food supplementation, I am committed to creating a healthier future—one child and one family at a time.

Mission Work
I have a heart for service that extends far beyond my local community. I’ve participated in mission trips to Guatemala and El Salvador, providing chiropractic care to underserved populations and bringing relief to those with limited access to healthcare.
My commitment to sharing the power of Upper Cervical Specific Chiropractic continues through my ongoing trips to the Dominican Republic, where I educate students on the importance of precise spinal care while serving the local community. These experiences not only allow me to enhance the well-being of those I treat but also inspire the next generation of chiropractors to make a global impact.
